Nothing like a cup of hot chocolate with extra marshmellows to warm me up. My scrappy place is in the basement and it is a little chilly sometimes! But I am about to warm up with lots of ideas for my next Make A Wish Album for a young 16 year old girl who went to Hawaii (my dream vacation). I will be posting pictures of the pages as I get them done. So check back often!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and will have a safe and Happy New Year!

The 12 Tags of christmas
Wow lots of fun making this tag over at my friends house. Thank you Vicki! If you followed Tim Holtz blog you seen the cool tags he made. I love making the tags because I learn so much from him. I made one of my own designs too, I will post that later! I probably wont be able to do any more of his tags until after Christmas because I still haven't finished my Christmas shopping, ugh
Have a great rest of the week everyone!

Quick project
I made this for my daughter to put in her office. It turned out so cute I made my daughter in law one too! They are just little boxes filled with a block of green flower foam. The little holders are made from wire that I wrapped around a large paint brush and shaped to hold a photo. Add some ribbon and some flower picks and your done.
Happy crafting everyone!

Advent Calendar
Hi all, I hope everyone is having fun shopping or putting up your Christmas decorations. I got my tree up , but not the lights outside yet. Hopefully this weekend I can talk my son into helping me put them up. :) I have been working on this Advent calendar this week and finally finished it. It is not hard to make, it comes in kit form and you just put it together, paint it and decorate it. You can put little candies or gifts in the little boxes. I think I will put Hersey's Kisses.
My daughter got a new job so now she needs something cute for her office. I think that will be my next project!
Have a great day!

Sweet as Candy pages
I just listed some new stuff on e-bay (ID- pakratinator). This is a 2 page layout for Christmas, done in pink! The pictures are not a good as I would have liked, but it is cloudy and rainy here in MO. I am working on some more Christmas stuff and would love to make a lantern that I saw on My scrap chick facebook page. It is gorgeous!
I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving day!

Instructions for Easel card
I can't remember where I found it but it is by Beate Johns.
Supplies
one 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of cardstock
one 4 1/2" square piece of cardstock
scoring tool
strong adhesive
Additional cardstock for inside and card front
Step 1. Score the 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of cardstock at 4 1/4" and 6 3/8"
Step 2. prefold all score lines. first fold the card in half, then fold the second score line (6 3/8")opposite from the 4 1/4" score line.
Step 3. Place cardstock on table with the 4 1/4" side down.
Add adhesive to the 2 1/8" x 4 1/4" section cardstock that is facing up.
Step 4. Adhere the 4 1/4"cardstock square to the card base.
Line up the top of the square with the top of the 2 1/8" x 4 1/4" section.
This creates the easel card base.
Step 5. Decorate the card front and the inside.
Step 6. To make the easel card stand up by itself, add an embellishment or an extra layer to the inside of your card. This will keep the card from closing.
Happy crafting!

Boo Card
I made this card for my Granddaughter that is 19months old! I drew out the ghost first and turned it into an svg file for later use. The Boo word is a free file from svgcuts.com. I inked the pink paper with some spider webs and some little stars and then embossed it with Tim Holtz embossing folder.Added a little bow to the ghost and some punched spiders. Now I just have to find a cute saying to put inside. I think my little ghost is ready for Halloween!

Quick Get Well Card
They say laughter
is the best medicine....
...so go out in the hallway
and walk behind other people
in hospital gowns!
Get Well Soon
I made this card for my brother in law who just had open heart surgery on Monday.
(he is doing well now)
I used my scrap chick files for the bear and bandages. I used my Xyron Design Runner for the words on the front of the card and my computer for the words on the inside.

Baby Shower Treat Bag
I made this for the Thank you gifts for the Baby shower. Who knew pink and white M&M's could be so expensive. I used the pattern from SVG cuts.com and used the blank one and pulled the bear from the SCAL program. It helps if you use heavy cardstock for this project. I am still working on the centerpiece for the Baby Shower. I hope to have it done in a couple of days. I have 2 weeks to get everything done! :)
